All about that bass
The large rounding and thick chamois leather covering of the bearing edge provide a more bass-heavy overall sound and allow the drum skin to vibrate longer. The sound is very earthy and warm, but can also become muddy and boomy. This can cause problems when miking, and there is a risk of feedback.

Only recommended for absolute lovers of long-sounding, roaring basses!
